SponsorUnited Privacy Policy
This information and the Privacy Statement below are for our website, Sponsorunited.com. By using our website and submitting information you agree that we may use and disclose your information according to the terms of this Privacy Statement. If you have any questions about this Privacy Statement, you can contact us security@sponsorunited.com. SponsorUnited.com may contain content or links to content or services provided by third parties. This Privacy Statement does not apply to the practices of those third parties.
Collection, Use, and Retention of Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
We collect PII via this website when it is provided to us. This includes information you provide, information we receive from other sources and information that we automatically collect (as discussed below). The PII we collect may include name, address, phone number, email address, or any other information provided to us. We use the PII collected via this website for business purposes, such as marketing, recruiting and hiring, responding to general inquiries or customer support requests, and in the course of providing services to customers. We will store your PII, in a form which permits us to identify you, for as long as necessary for the purpose for which the PII is processed. We may retain and use PII as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and rights, or if it is not technically reasonably feasible to remove it. We will delete the PII in accordance with applicable law pursuant to a request from the subject of the PII.
Collection, Use, and Retention of Non-PII
We collect non-PII on our website using cookies, web beacons, and tags for the operation of the site (e.g. managing user sessions), including analyzing site usage, detecting and preventing malicious behavior on the site, and improving the content and organization of the site. This non-PII may include your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, your general location, your browser type, your Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, the pages and files you viewed, your searches, your operating system and system configuration information, and date/time stamps associated with your usage. We also engage other companies that will use similar methods to collect non-PII on our website for analyzing site usage. These third parties may collect information about a site visitor’s online activities over time and across different websites when he or she uses our website.
We also use non-PII we collect to advertise our business on other sites, including through the SponsorUnited Platform. When we do so, we act as a customer of the platform, using our own information, and we do not use or mix our information with the proprietary information of other Platform customers. You can opt out of having the Platform used by us and others for interest-based advertising by emailing us at marketing@sponsorunited.com.
Do No Track Disclosure
Some browsers may provide a “Do Not Track” option which signals to websites and web services that you do not wish to have your online activities tracked over time or across different websites. At this time, because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, the website neither responds to nor supports “Do Not Track” signals.

We will not rent, share, or sell to third parties the PII we collect via SponsorUnited.com, except for the reasons stated in this Privacy Statement.
We may share non-PII or PII with affiliates, subsidiaries, vendors, or other third parties to perform services on our behalf that are related to marketing and operating SponsorUnited’s business.
We may disclose your information to third parties when we reasonably believe we are obligated to do so by law, and in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual prohibited activities, including but not limited to enforcing our agreements, protecting our rights, property and safety, detecting and preventing fraud and situations involving potential threats to the rights, property, or physical safety of any person.
We may transfer information, including any PII, to a successor entity in connection with a corporate merger, consolidation, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other corporate change.
