June’s Hottest Brands Have Arrived!
With 4th of July fireworks at the ready for tomorrow’s festivities and summer officially in full swing, here’s a look at the brands most searched by sponsorship executives on our platform in June.
Hart Tools tops the list at #1 after UFC named the brand its Official Power Tool Partner in the US in a May 31st announcement––marking the first time the organization has opened up this category to a marketing partner. Hart Tools will be showcased within the telecasts of UFC’s remaining US Pay Per Views in 2024, providing this DIY brand with exposure to more than 700M fans in 170 countries, as well as some 975M households that receive UFC’s broadcasts.
At #20 is T-Mobile, following the June 18th announcement of its new collaboration with KPMG and the PGA of America to drive technology innovation in women’s golf and enhance the experience for athletes, fans, and media. With real-time, shot-level data, AI-powered predictive analytics, and the telecom giant’s 5G solutions, the 2024 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship—which took place June 20–23 at Sahalee Country Club in Sammamish, Washington—became the LPGA Tour’s most statistically advanced and 5G-connected event in its history.
Delta Air Lines lands at #21 in our ranking, after Delta and LATAM Group—strategic partners that operate the most comprehensive flight network throughout the Americas—were named the Official Airlines of the Copa América 2024. The international soccer championship kicked off June 20th and continues through July 14th in 14 venues across the US.
Speaking of soccer, paint powerhouse Sherwin-Williams takes the 27th spot hot on the heels of the June 5th news of its partnership with Leagues Cup, whose launch last year heralded a pivotal new chapter in North American soccer. Featuring all 47 clubs from MLS and LIGA MX, the World Cup-style tournament will run from July 26–August 25, 2024, and will broadcast on Apple TV’s MLS Season Pass. As part of the blockbuster deal, Sherwin-Williams will host pre-game experiences, in-stadium activations, and meet & greets with MLS and Liga MX legends.
DoorDash made the list coming in at 29, following sporting goods retailer Academy Sports + Outdoors’ announcement of an exclusive partnership with the commerce platform to offer on-demand delivery (in under an hour, on average) through the DoorDash app from 285 Academy locations in 19 states. All Academy stores will also be available on DashPass, DoorDash's membership program that offers members free delivery on eligible orders from thousands of restaurants, grocery, and convenience stores nationwide.
