As SVP, Customer Success, Colella will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer success initiatives, boosting retention rates, and driving upsell and cross-sell revenue through strategic innovation in SaaS. Her addition to the team reflects SponsorUnited's dedication to delivering an unparalleled customer experience and fostering growth.
Colella brings with her nearly two decades of experience and a proven track record in driving customer success and growth in the SaaS industry, most recently serving as SVP, Customer Success at Yext. With a career spanning influential roles at renowned companies such as Yext, Yahoo, Donovan Data Systems, and Computer Sciences Corporation, Collela has consistently demonstrated her commitment to delivering impactful results and pioneering solutions for scaling organizations. Her experience also includes successfully guiding a SaaS startup through the IPO Unicorn phase.

Khanna, who has been with SponsorUnited for four years, has been promoted to the position of Chief Sales Officer. In his new role, Khanna will be focused on driving SponsorUnited’s new business efforts. His outstanding contributions during his tenure have led to the substantial growth of the company's client base, expanding both domestically and overseas, and broadening its reach with sports, brands, and media companies. His prior roles include VP of Teams at Nielsen Sports, Senior Director at Repucom, and Sales Strategy at Yahoo! Sports.
